Novated lease car prices and trade-ins
Statewide can assist in sourcing and/or pricing your new car and 'trade-in' of an existing vehicle. *
Under a novated lease and tax legislation there can be no equity in the new car. That is, any 'trade-price' negotiated must be paid in cash by the dealer to the employee and not taken off the new car price.
With your new car purchase Statewide can provide Fleet Discounts. These discounts vary with manufacturer and model.*
Statewide's buying and pricing service is only available to novated lease purchases. *
The information required to assist an employee with sourcing and pricing for new cars is: *

- Transmission
- Fuel type
- Colour(s)
- Accessories
Information required to assist with trade-in valuations is:
- Make/model/variant
- Year
- Fuel type
- Colour(s)
- Accessories fitted
- Registration due date
- Condition of exterior, interior and tyres
- Odometer reading
- Logbooks
- Service, maintenance and repair documents

* Statewide can assist in servicing and/or pricing your new car and ‘trade-in’ of an existing vehicle. These services, along with our Fleet Discounts are outside the scope of the Queensland Government contract. Therefore, Employees may choose to procure of not procure these services through Statewide.
